BATTERY ASSEMBLY LINE

The COS machine produces the elements trough casting process by welding the plates of the same polarity with its corresponding connectors and pillars.

Standard features
- Four stations,

  • Loading. Alignment of groups and lugs.
  • Preparation of lugs of the plates to be welded.
  • Immersion welding in the mold.
  • Unloading of welded groups to a fixed station or chain transport.
- Casting controled by frequency inverter.
- Hydraulic power for lifting and lowering the baskets.
- Melting pot heated by fire-tube heat transfer process of high-performance.
- Automatic leveling of lead in the pot.

Two models available depending on production requirements: COSJ and COSS.

The SIS machine welds the lead straps through the holes by passing an electrical current for a precisely controlled time under controlled closure pressure.

Standard features
- Hydraulic squeeze of electrodes electronically controlled by closed loop.
- Automatic nondestructive test after each weld.
- High quality welding controllers and transformers.
- Pinzas Copper-Beryllium cooled by water.
- Two models available depending on production requirements: SIS2 and SIS3.

The PRD machine is able to detect any insulation defect between plates, including short-circuits and missing or damaged separators.

Standard features
- Non-destructive tests by very short duration pulses of adjustable high voltage.
- Each element is automatically tested on a sequence.
- The Human-Machine Interface indicates which element is out of range.
- Audible and visual indication of failure.
- Batteries with defective groups are rejected to a roller table.

The CTT machine puts covers onto the open battery boxes, before the heat sealing machine.

Standard features
- Automatic centering of pillars for precise positioning.
- Rotary charger to stock 80 caps.

The TS machine performs the sealing of the box with the plastic cover automatically.

Standard features
- A heater supports hot plates of several models for an easy change.
- Recirculating ball bearing guides for vertical and horizontal movements to ensure reliability and precision.
- The melting times of cover and monoblock are selected independently.
- If the temperature is outside the preset range, the sealing is not allowed, warning of this condition on the interface and signaling tower.
- Two models available depending on production requirements: TS2 (Single) and TS3 (Double).

The SB machine burns together the terminal pillars and the flanges of the cover, without filler material.

Standard features
- Two heads whose regulation of gas and oxygen is completely independent.
- Possibility of regulating the rotation speed of torches.
- Control of valves opening configurable from the Human-Machine Interface.

The PE machine detects leakage between cells and between the box and the exterior of the battery.

Standard features
- The measuring is electronic, but it also has analog gauges for easy viewing.
- The program ensures that no abnormal condition can cause a false result. For example, low input pressure or insufficient inflation pressure.

- Audible and visual indication of failure.
- Defective batteries are rejected to a roller table.

Dedicated to the automatic palletizing of batteries at the end of the assembly or finishing line.

- Stable movement at the most demanding operating conditions (60 kg Battery @400 mm / s).
- Possibility of configurations at 0 ° and 90 ° of batteries from 12V-45Ah to 12V-220Ah.
- Program selection for the battery model from the Human Machine Interface.
- Automatic placing of separator between battery layers.

- All important data of the Line can be supervised on your PC, mobile phone or tablet, from anywhere in the world, following the aim of improving the process by means of analysis of Statistics, Deviation curves, Performance indicators, etc.
- The application, nice and friendly, can give notice of alarms and events online and save Reports of each machine on a PC.
- Some examples of data are: Tests Result of each battery, Parameters entered from the Human Machine Interface, Operating temperature, Number of rejections, Starting time, Downtime, Cycle time, etc.
